Sallatunturi ski resort and national park only 10 km away. This bright top (3rd) floor apartment offers a cozy atmosphere and has been newly renovated and furnished. House is built in 1987 and apartment is completely renovated in 2022-23. The Apartment can accommodate up to 4 people; Living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, sauna, washroom, separate WC, balcony and storage. There is no lift in the house.

High chair and potty for babies available by advance order. Skis or bikes can be stored in an area at the back entry. The apartment has own parking space and wall outlet for car heating. Charging of electric car is allowed for an additional fee, pay directly to the owner. The apartment has some tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper ready for the customers. Possibility to observe northern lights from the balcony and the kitchen windows, when they occur. All services of Salla municipality center are within walking distance. I have spent a long time hosted in this apartment. It has quite easily become a warm place to live. The apartment is well equipped with an oven, a big fridge, and a freezer, which helps to store a good amount of food. Two supermarkets are well provided and really close to the apartment. Rauhallinen sijainti, myös talo rauhallinen, ei häiritseviä ääniä. Huoneisto oli tilava ja siisti. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Pesutila erittäin hyvä ja tilava. Kaikki palvelut kuten esim. kaupat kävelymatkan päässä. Toimiva kokonaisuus.
