This property is located in the cultural landscape of Sastamala, in a quiet location on the shores of Lake Kirkkojärvi. Here you can enjoy a great location and a wonderful lake view. This destination consists of two buildings; A wood-built villa (built in 2008) in the upper yard and a log-built sauna cabin in the lower yard. The beach is gently deepening, access to swimming from the pier. At the end of the pier, water depth is about 1,5 m. Rowing boat can be used freely (two life jackets for adults and two for children). In the villa, living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed and single bed, air source heat pump, heat-storing fireplace, wood-heated sauna, WC and shower. Underfloor heating throughout the building. Terrace with furnishing and gas grill in front of the cabin. In the sauna cabin, bedroom with double bed, kitchenette and air source heat pump and heat-storing fireplace. There is also a wood-heated sauna and washroom with a water pipe located in the same building. Own entrance to the sauna. Pet fee 44 e/reservation. Electric car charging for extra charge. Please agree the payment of the charging with the owner. The owner rents a hot tub (during April-October), kayaks, a sup-board and a Tentsile tent at a separate price, reservations and payment to the owner. The hot tub is located on the terrace in front of the sauna cottage, the rent includes fire wood, washing and disinfection, no heating: 250 € / 1-3 days and 300 € / 4-7 days. Kayaks: 2 Seabird Discovery 430T (kayaks are suitable for 55-110 kg paddlers), rent from 80 e/2 kayaks. Sup board: 2 pc FitNord Aqua 330 Pro (load capacity 150 kg), rent from 20 e. Tentsile-Flite for 1-2 people tent, rent from 35 e. Electric outboard motor 10 e. Small-scale family parties, where the number of day visitors exceeds the maximum number of people in the cottage, are allowed. The maximum number of people staying the night is 7.

Great complex close to amenities. Good and stable stairs between the villa (upper cabin) and the sauna building. The yard area close to the sauna building is flat.   Mökin nykyaikaisen ja kattavan varustelun vuoksi mökillä oli helppoa ja mukavaa olla. Myös yhteydenpito ja ohjeistus toimivat hyvin. Myös koiralle oikein sopiva paikka. Rantasaunan löylyt ja palju olivat erinomaiset. Kyllä täällä kelpasi päivät etätyöskennellä ja illat öllötellä. Suunnittelemme jo seuraavaa mökkireissua Kokkorantaan!
