Charming cabin located on the shore of a small private pond, set in a beautiful field landscape. The lakeside sauna features a spacious terrace with a hot tub for eight people. The sauna has a unique stove made from an excavator bucket. Upstairs in the cabin, there is another sauna, which is electric and offers stunning views of the surroundings. In the yard, there is a spacious kota with a fireplace also made from an excavator bucket.

The cabin, with a log-like wooden exterior, was completed in 2023. The main cabin consists of two sections. One side of the cabin has a combined kitchen/living room (with a coffee maker) and a dining set for ten, as well as a sofa bed for two (140 x 190 cm) and a smart TV that can be used for streaming services. The other side of the cabin is a sleeping area, featuring a separate double bed, a sofa bed for two (140 x 190 cm), and a bunk bed for two (120 x 200 cm).

Between the two halves of the cabin, there is a spacious terrace with glass walls, furnished with ample terrace furniture and a gas grill. Access to the toilet is through the terrace.

Additionally, there is a separate 25 m² accommodation unit in the yard, featuring two sofa beds, each with a 140 x 190 cm bed. This unit also has its own kitchenette (no water supply to this building) and a TV that can be used for streaming services.

The kota is a cozy, tar-scented shelter for about 20 people, where the excavator bucket fireplace allows for grilling larger quantities of food.

The cabin is supplied with cold water from its own well. Water is available on the terrace, in the toilet, and in the upstairs sauna. The electric sauna has a small water heater that heats water quickly with an electric element. The lakeside sauna does not have a water supply; water is delivered via a hose (even in winter) and heated in a wood-fired cauldron. In addition to the flush toilet, there is an outhouse in the yard.

The owner can arrange various activities such as practicing with machinery, testing tracks, and riding a jet ski with a towable tube or wakeboard. Inquiries about arranging activities should be made directly with the owner.

The owner offers a hot tub made from an excavator bucket (for 6 people) for rent at 200 euros for the entire booking period, including filling (no heating), with no frost limit. Please ensure the availability of the hot tub well in advance, as it is also rented to other customers.

Please note that the outdoor hot tub is maintained with chemicals. If the customer soils the tub to the extent that an extra water change is necessary after their stay, an additional charge of approximately 100 euros will be billed afterward.

For an additional fee of 100 euros per rental period, a so-called "woodshed bar" is available for rent from the owner, featuring a bar counter, large cooler, refrigerator, and 4 bar stools. Customers may bring their own drinks if desired. There are benches outside next to the bar. The bar area is not heated.

Please note that pets are not allowed at the property, but the owner can offer pet sitting at their home during your holiday.
