50 km northeast of Savonlinna, Lake Saimaa/Puruvesi 14 m, hard sandy bottom, private boat.
Rotating log villa built in 2014, with a living room, kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 beds, sauna, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi, dressing/utility room, hall, and a 100 m² terrace on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and balcony, another bedroom with a double bed and 1 bed plus a balcony, an alcove with 1 bed, and a sitting area with a sofa bed.
There is also a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-heated stove and lake water. A hot tub is available for rent as an additional service (1-3 days: €150, 4-7 days: €200).
Heat recovery system. Air source heat pump. WiFi.
The property has waste sorting points, and the owner requests that guests sort their waste during their stay.
UNIQUE PROPERTY! ROTATING VILLA!
"Pyöriäinen" rotates around its axis, allowing you to follow the sun. The cabin has 12 different angles and a terrace surrounding the entire building.
Located on a peninsula plot. There is another rental cabin by the same owner on the same plot (12534), with a distance of 20 meters between them. However, the other cabin's swimming pier is on the opposite side of the peninsula, approximately 100 meters away (no direct line of sight).
The lakeside sauna area has a pier and a firm sandy bottom. The swimming area at the tip of the peninsula has a gently sloping sandy bottom, without a pier.
The yard is forested with natural vegetation and gravel.
This property is particularly well-suited for families, celebrations, and corporate training or evening events. Catering services are available upon request. Note: The property is not rented to groups composed of individuals under 30 years old. It is rented only to families, couples, and others seeking a peaceful holiday (maximum 10 people).
