103 km north-east of Kemijärvi, river Kemijoki 70 m (width of 50-150 m), deep shore, flowing water, own boat (wooden river boat, 1.6- 30.9). Road with light traffic between cottage, sauna and shore. Good swimming possibility, distance of 1 km. Miekkakoski fishing spots ab. 2 km away. Two cottages close by each other. Log cottage (36 m²), built in 2003, living room with sofa bed for 2, kitchen, alcove with 2 single beds. Fireplace and wood stove. Lights and tv (operates with the solar panels, tv available June-August). Please note that solar panels don´t download batteries in cloudy weather, then the aggregate can be used for electricity production. Smaller cabin (28 m²) is built in 1986, living room with 1 single bed, alcove with bunk bed for 2, kitchenette, small veranda. Fireplace and wood stove, basement floor cellar. No solar panel electricity. Sauna building (solar panels), 40 m distance to river. Sauna has steam room (wood-burning stove and water heater tank) and recreation room with wood-burning stove. Water to sauna must be carried from the river. Drinking water can be fetched from source 150 m away, or bring along.

Stone grill in yard. Doghouse. Good berry picking areas close by. River Kemijoki has good stock of fish like pike, perch, whitefish, grayling and trout. During the snow, the road will not plow into the yard, car park then 50 m. No heating plug for the car. Savukoski village services 9 km. Savukoski Visitor Centre - Exhibition and Mrs Santa's hut 10 km.

Todella mainio tukikohta metsästäjille ja kalastajille. Mökistä löytyy kaikki tarvittava, sauna antaa mukavat löylyt ja ennen kaikkea oma rauha luonnon keskellä on todella luxusta. Metsästys- ja kalastusalueet ovat lähellä mutta kuitenkin Savukosken palvelut ovat vain muutaman kilometrin päässä.
