55 km west of Haapajärvi, 25 km northwest of Reisjärvi, lake Saarivesi 20-50 m (length of 1,5 km, width 600 m), shallow water, sandy bottom, dock, own rowboat. A narrow peninsula, a good beach at the end of it. Two cabins: main cabin is built in 1995 and sauna cabin built in 2012. A grill shelter and a cold cellar in the yard. Cabin 35 m²: living area with 2 bunk beds. Separate room (access from the porch) with double bed. A spacious covered porch with a gas fridge in its own closet. Cabin has stove, gas cooker, and battery- and generator lights / electricity. Sauna cabin: living area (15 m²) with sofa bed, upper floor (12 m²) with 4 beds, steep stairs. Sauna and covered porch. Cabin has stove, gas cooker, sewer, battery- and generator lights / electricity. Water is supplied from the lake by a hand pump (situated on the porch). Bed linen and towels cannot be booked as an extra service in this place, so please bring your own linen and towels.

Cabin is preheated only at extra fee (contact the owner). Cabin should be cleaned by the customer during the holiday and after that. Generator gasoline is included in the rental price. Owner brings the drinking water. Lake Saarivesi offers excellent fishing opportunities, stock of fish whitefish, pike, perch, burbot. Owner offers guided tours of the small game and moose hunting. Also fishing guidance. Places of interest and attractions: Peuran Polku (115 km long hiking trail), local history Museum, Reisjärvi church, pottery Peltoranta. Dance hall Urjanlinna (Sievi).

  Vallan mainio mökki muut oheisrakennukset. Saunassa saa kunnon löylyt isommallakin porukalla ja näkymä järvelle on todella kaunis. Myös soutuvene löytyy käytettäväksi. Kotaan mahtuu sakkia ja nukkujia voi jakaa useampaan paikkaan, mikä aina herkkäunisten kanssa on plussaa. Omistaja on ystävällinen ja yhteistyö sujui erinomaisesti.
