A cozy villa designed for year-round use, located on its own small peninsula by a pristine, dark-water lake. The villa is well-suited for family use. The yard is flat and bright, partially rocky, with a moderately steep slope at the back. Siikaisjärvi is renowned for its excellent zander population.

Located 60 km north of Pori, Siikaisjärvi is just 10 meters away (3 km long, 2 km wide), with a rapidly deepening rocky shore, a pier, and a private boat.

The villa, built in 1992, features a log panel exterior. The spacious ground floor includes a combined kitchen/living room and a fireplace alcove with a bed measuring 80 x 200 cm. Upstairs, there is an open bedroom with two beds (120 x 200 cm), leading to another bedroom with a bed (90 x 200 cm) that has an additional mattress for one (90 x 200 cm) underneath. The room also contains one bed (80 x 200 cm) and an extra mattress for one (70 x 190 cm) on the floor. There is access to a balcony from the upper floor, which also provides access to the yard during the summer.

The sauna includes both a wood-burning and an electric stove, and the washroom has a shower and toilet, with access to a large covered porch.

The ground floor has underfloor heating. An air-source heat pump in the upstairs bedroom is used for cooling during summer heatwaves.

The property is rented only for peaceful holidays.

Note: The pier is removed for winter storage from the beginning of October and is unavailable until April.
