A cozy villa designed for year-round use, located on its own small peninsula by a clean, dark-water lake. The villa is well-suited for family use. The yard is flat and bright, partially rocky, with a moderately steep slope at the back. Siikaistenjärvi is renowned for its good pikeperch population.

60 km north of Pori, Siikaistenjärvi is 10 meters away (length 3 km, width 2 km), with a quickly deepening rocky shore, a pier, and a private boat.

The villa, built in 1992, has a log panel exterior. The spacious ground floor includes combined kitchen/living room areas and a fireplace nook with a bed measuring 80 x 200 cm. Upstairs, there is a bedroom without a door, featuring two beds (120 x 200 cm), leading to another bedroom with a bed (90 x 200 cm) and an additional pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm). The room also has one bed (80 x 200 cm) and an extra mattress for one (70 x 190 cm) on the floor. From upstairs, there is access to a balcony, which also leads to the yard during summer. The sauna has both wood-burning and electric stoves, and the washroom includes a shower and toilet, with access to a large covered porch.

The ground floor has underfloor heating. An air-source heat pump is available for cooling the upstairs bedroom during summer heatwaves.

The property is rented only for peaceful holiday stays.
