This two-part holiday home offers a stunning setting for your vacation, with the lakeshore just 30 meters away inviting you to enjoy the tranquility of nature. The shore has a rocky bottom, and the water level varies with the reservoir's flow.
Completed in 2026, the holiday home covers an area of 89 m² and is divided into two sections connected by a terrace that runs from the parking area to the shore through the covered central part of the house. The first section includes a combined kitchen/living room with large windows that bring in light and views. It also features a fireplace and a massage chair for relaxation. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide motorized double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed that converts to a 160 cm wide bed.
The second section includes a dressing room with its own refrigerator, a separate toilet, a washroom, and a sauna with both a wood-burning stove and an electric sauna heater. The sauna offers a view of the lake, and the dressing room has a sofa bed that converts to a 160 cm wide bed.
The holiday home is equipped with a fiber-optic Wi-Fi connections, a heat-storing fireplace, an air-source heat pump in each section, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There are two separate indoor toilets, and pets are welcome. There are two car heating sockets, but charging electric cars is not allowed. A smoking oven is available (please bring your own smoking chips).

The nearest restaurant is in Tankavaara, 25 km away. The fishing harbor is 0.5 km away, where you can usually buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen. The municipality-maintained harbor has a boat ramp, a dock, and you can also get ice from the harbor (access to the ice room is available via a text message fee).
