Ikäisekseen ihan riiittävän siistissä kunnossa . Riittävä varustus . Ainoa mikävoisi olla että olisi mökkikohtainen ohjekirja jossa kerrottaisiin miten täällä asutaan . Lämmityssäätö , mistä löytyy avaimet yms.. Ei kuitenkaan tullut ongelmaksi , sen verran mökkeilykokemusta.
