70 km east of Seinäjoki, Niittylampi pond 20 m (length 500 m, width 300 m), shallow and hard sanded bottom. Own boat available.

Extensively renovated in 2025, log-paneled cottage (built 1996).
Downstairs: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms (double bed in both), bathroom, wood-heated sauna and open porch.

Upstairs bedroom has two single beds and a large corner sofa (not extendable), which can be used as an extra bed for one person with a mattress. There is another single bed in the loft (however, the maximum number of people is 7).
There is also a balcony upstairs.

Air-source heat pump with cooling and heating function.
The second downstairs bedroom also has a TV.

Separate wood-heated lakeside sauna and barbecue shelter in the yard.

Note: Excavator work will be carried out in the yard in early summer 2026. Part of the lawn is restricted from use at that time due to lawn seeding.
