Well-equipped, high-quality detached holiday villa (built in 2022) in a peaceful location on the shores of Lake Sapsojärvi in Sotkamo.

The villa has an area of 136 m², featuring a spacious, bright kitchen with a lake view, dining area, and living room, with a dining table for 6-8 people. The living room has high ceilings and large windows, as well as a fireplace. From the living area, there is access to a covered terrace. There are three bedrooms: the first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has separate beds for two, and the third bedroom is a family room with a sofa bed for two and a bunk bed, accommodating a total of four.

From the living area, there is access to a utility/dressing room (with a washing machine and tumble dryer), two showers, and an electric sauna with a large window facing the lake. There are two separate toilets. The washing facilities also have access to a terrace with outdoor furniture and a gas grill (available during the summer). Behind a sliding door in the entrance hall, there is a drying cabinet.

Additional amenities include wireless internet (WiFi), Elisa Viihde, an air source heat pump, and blinds on the living room and kitchen windows. Child-friendly equipment includes a travel cot, high chair, toilet ring and stool, and potty. There is a wooden climbing frame and sandbox.

There is a garage under construction in the yard (to be completed later).

The property in front of the cabin is uninhabited, but the owners may use it for a few days during the summer. The lakeshore is shared with the neighbor. A stone-paved path leads to the shore, and the yard is marked with large posts. The shore has a sandy bottom. The pier at the shore belongs to the neighbor, but the shoreline to the right of the pier is available for use by Leinola.
