Bed Linen 19.94 € / personPet fee 52 € / pcsA detached wooden holiday house built in 1982 and renovated in 2009, located on the shore of Lake Särkinen in Vuokatti. The property includes a private shore, a boat, and a pier.
The house has an area of 136 m², all on one floor. There is a separate kitchen with a dining table for 6-8 people, a baking oven, and a living room with a sofa bed (130 cm) for 1-2 people. There are three bedrooms, each with double beds that can be separated into single beds if needed. Additionally, one bedroom has a pull-out bed suitable for a child. There is a utility room with a ski waxing stand. The sauna has a wood-heated stove, and there is a shower and two separate toilets.
The property features large covered terraces, a gas grill, and outdoor furniture. The shore is shallow and partly soft. The plot is spacious, bright, and sunny with a lawn. It is in a peaceful location with beautiful views over the lake and towards the Vuokatti slopes.
Child-friendly amenities include a foldable travel cot and a high chair. An air source heat pump is available for heating and cooling.
The pier and grill are available during the summer season (May/June-September). Guests have access to a SUP board.
Kajaani 40 km, Sotkamo 5 km. Ski slope 3.5 km, private lakeshore 20 m, nearest ski track on the ice of Särkinen pond (50 m), otherwise ski track distance 1.5 km. Nearest restaurant 600 m (Haapala Brewery Restaurant).
The price includes final cleaning, bed linen available for an additional fee if ordered in advance. NOTE: A surcharge of €35 applies for bed linen if the reservation is made less than 3 days before the start of the stay.
NOTICE: Pets are allowed for an additional fee (fee includes up to 2 pets).
The apartment is available from 4 PM on the day of arrival until 12 PM on the day of departure, including weekend bookings.
