Apartment living area 52m² + low loft (floor area 20 m²). Downstairs is a kitchen / livingroom, two bedrooms, toilet, electric sauna and bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and in the other with a single bed (120 cm). The loft has two single beds (2x80cm) and one double bed.
In the backyard is a large terrace, garden furniture (4 chairs and a table) and a gas grill. Carport with heating plug. Electric car charging point in the yard of the adjacent S-market. Own lockable outdoor storage and shared ski maintenance room. In addition, the apartment has wireless 5G. Note The fireplace is not in use.
Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km, Spa Holiday Club Katinkulta 900 m, bowling alley 800 m. Children's playground in the backyard, Vuokatti indoor activity park Superpark approx. 2 km.
In the apartment, cleaning is always included in the price, and linen can be ordered for an additional fee. The apartment is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival and until 12:00 on the day of departure (also for weekend bookings).
Pets are allowed at additional fee (per pet).
