The area is 84.5 m². Downstairs, there is a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a sauna (electric stove), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. In the upstairs loft area, there is a sofa bed for two, and two bedrooms, each with twin beds for two, as well as a shower/toilet.
Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Ski slope 150 m, cross-country ski trail 100 m. Nearest swimming area 1.5 km. No pets allowed.
The apartment is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure (also applies to weekend bookings).
Final cleaning is included in the bookings. Bed linens can be ordered for an additional fee.
