Sijainti sekä laskettelijoille, että hiihtäjille erittäin hyvä. Muutama pikku asia vielä kuntoon, niin kokemus olisi ollut parempi: olohuoneessa istumapaikkoja vain kolmelle (4 hlö majoittui), TV katonrajassa ja kovin pieni, äänieristys olematon, keittiöstä puuttui sakset ja WC paperin määrä säännösteltyä.
