Asunto oli hyvin siisti ja ja suuri plussa ettei sinne hyväksytä eläimiä tai tupakointia. Sopiva kahdelle aikuiselle ja parvelle sopisi hyvin pari alakouluikäistä muksua. Asunnon sijainti on hiihtämisen kannalta täysi kymppi.
