Downstairs with a living room / kitchen with a dining set for 4 and a wood-burning fireplace creating atmosphere and warmth. Double bed in the bedroom, sauna (electric stove), washroom/toilet. Steep stairs to the loft, with separate beds for two. Covered terrace and garden furniture, grill available in summer.

Kajaani 40 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Good location next to Vuokatti's hiking and ski trails, short distance to slopes, nearest lift Caravankatti (approx. 100 m), main lift station approx. 200 m. Vuokatti Sport 500 m (shortcut). Särkinen beach 300 m.
The holiday apartment is at your disposal on the day of arrival at 16:00 and handed over on the day of departure at 12:00, also for weekend bookings. No pets.
