The apartment has an area of 58 m², including a 9 m² loft. Downstairs, there is a bright combined kitchen/living room, a heat-storing fireplace, a bedroom with separate beds for three, an electric sauna, and a bathroom/WC. The loft has separate beds for three and is accessed by steep stairs. There is a covered terrace/porch with outdoor furniture. Child-friendly amenities include a travel cot, high chair, potty, and child gates.
Equipped with an air source heat pump and WiFi.
Kajaani 40 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Ski slope 100 m, cross-country ski trail 50 m. Swimming area 2 km. Guests are requested to clean the accommodation on the day of departure. Cleaning and bed linen can be ordered in advance for an additional fee.
Cozy renovated apartment close to the hiking and ski trail network of Vuokatti. A short distance to the slopes, with the nearest lift, Caravankatti, about 100 m away, and the main lift station approximately 200 m away.
The apartment is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure, including weekend bookings.
NOTE: Linen service is not available, so please bring your own bed linen and towels. Thank you.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee (note: no cats!). If traveling with a pet, please bring your own food and water bowls, sleeping mats, and paw towels. Pets are not allowed to sleep on the sofa or beds, so please bring your own covers. Any additional cleaning required due to pets will be charged separately, regardless of the pet fee.
