A bright and cozy terraced house apartment completed in 2007 in the peaceful Jäätiö area, just a short distance from the Holiday Club Katinkulta spa and other Vuokatti services. This well-equipped holiday home is ideal for families and active persons, as cross-country ski trails and jogging paths start right next door, and a variety of leisure activities – such as a bowling alley, spa and golf course – can be found within walking distance. The Vuokatti slopes are about 2 km away. The apartment has an area of 75 m² and offers space for 4–6 people. The ground floor has a bright living room and kitchen, connected to which is a dining area for 4–6 people. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom/toilet with an electric sauna. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed, which can be separated into two separate beds. In addition, the open loft upstairs has a 140 cm wide double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a remote work station in the space. The upstairs is partly low-lying. Equipment: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, WiFi. Air source heat pump for heating and cooling. Covered terrace, garden furniture for 4, brick-built electric grill. Carport, ski waxing room in the storage room (electricity, waxing stand), the space can also be heated for waxing. Two bicycles available during your stay. Children's equipment: travel cot, high chair, potty and baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
