Hiljainen ja rauhallinen paikka. Siisti mökki ja priimakunnossa, toimivat varusteet. Hiihtolatu lähtee heti talon takaa ja on sopivasti helpompi hiihdettävä kuin Urheiluopiston ladut. Vähän kaukana laskettelurinteistä, mutta eipä se paljoa haitannut.
