Complex of two villas by the lake Sapsojärvi, located in Sotkamo near all the services of Vuokatti. Villas are located side by side on the same plot, the front yard is practically one large terrace area (300 m2) where you can enjoy the sun all day long and in the evening admire the stunning sunset colored by the hill Vuokatinvaara. On the terrace, you can relax in the Hotspring-branded hydro massage bath (included in the rent). There is a summer kitchen with gas grill on the terrace. Cooking hut with Arctic Lapinkeittiö-branded grill and an atmospheric campfire site/lean-to shelter on the beach. Dining group (for 12 persons), in addition a sofa group and sun beds x 2. Long pier. Rubber boat with outboard motor (excluding fuel) can be used freely. Facilities in the villas: Rantavilla 1: ground floor 25 m2, living area with spreadable sofa bed, dining group for 4-5, well-equipped kitchen, separate WC/utility room (washing machine). Loft (about 10 m2), steep stairs, mattresses for 2 guests. The loft has a low room height. Rantavilla 2 (built in 2013): living area and sauna building, living area can be used as bedroom (double bed for 2). Small loft (about 5 m2), alternate beds max 2 (for child). Access to the loft along steep vertical ladder (not suitable for very young children). Access to the sauna from the porch. Sauna is equipped with an atmospheric wood-burning sauna stove and shower/WC. Both villas have air source heat pumps for heating and cooling. Sandbox/toys, travel bed and high chair for children. Rantavilla 1 has a child gate at the top of the stairs. Pets are allowed (max. 2) for an additional fee / per pet.

The destination is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival, until 12:00 on the day of departure (Note, in weekend reservations, there is a possibility for an extended stay until 18:00 on Sundays). Bed linen and final cleaning can be booked for an additional fee. Vuokatti 7 km. Sotkamo 12 km. The destination is located just over two hours drive from Oulu. The plot is bordered by a park area, with the exception of the beach that opens to the west (the surrounding forest is a park area). On the opposite shores of the lake Sapsojärvi, there are hill Vuokatinvaara and long sand beaches of Huikka in Sotkamo. The nearest restaurant Kipinä is 300 m away by water, Haapala B&B craft brewery is 2 km away and Sotkamo municipality center is 3 km away by water.

  Kauniilla paikalla, hyvällä sijainnilla oleva mökki, kivoja ulkoilureittejä lähistöllä löytyi paljon. Lapset viihtyivät ulkoporealtaassa pulikoiden. Puusaunassa erinomaiset löylyt!

  Hieno kesäparatiisi sisältäen poreammeen ja puulämmitteisen saunan jossa oli pehmeän makeat löylyt. Kovapohjainen ranta jossa kuitenkin mutainen vesi.
