Villa Kivirinne offers peaceful accommodation in Vuokatti, near the Tenetinvirta River (approximately 200 m) in the new Härkökivi area. A ski trail passes nearby, and the tourist services of the Vuokatti area are close by.

The living spaces of Villa Kivirinne (built in 2013) are located on the second floor of the building, accessible from the end of the house. This spacious house has a living area of approximately 136 m², featuring an open and well-equipped kitchen with a dining set for six. The living room has large windows, a sofa set, and an atmospheric fireplace-baking oven. There are three bedrooms; two rooms have double beds (one is a sofa bed), and one room has two separate 80 cm beds. The house includes three TVs, one in the living room and two in the bedrooms, with Elisa entertainment service. For added convenience, there are two separate toilets, two showers, a sauna with an electric stove, and an indoor whirlpool tub in the washing area. The utility room provides access to the back terrace of the house. From the living room, you can access the front terrace (with a dining set), and there is a third terrace at the entrance with a gas grill available during the summer.

In the summer, cooling is provided by an air source heat pump. Behind the house is a lush and sheltered backyard, and in front, there is a paved area with a campfire site. Parking is available for several cars.

The ground floor of the house contains storage space/garages, which are occasionally used by the owner.
