High level holiday Villa (2004) in Sotkamo, near by the lake Iso-Kiimanen. Living area 95 m², includes open sleeping loft. Downstairs has a spacious kitchen / livingroom with a fireplace. Dinning table for 6-8 persons. Two separate bedrooms, one with double bed and one with sofa bed for 1-2 persons (size 190x130). Open loft with beds for 2 persons. Utility-/dressingroom, 2 x shower, sauna (electric stove), separate WC. Partly covered terrace with furniture (during summer time) and charcoal grill. Pets allowed at extra fee, 30e/reservation. Please, don't let you pet stay on the beds, sofa or armchair. Separate lakeside sauna (2002), usable all year round. Wooden stove, shower, electric light. There is also living area with mini kitchen and sleeping alcove for 1-2 person, fireplace (note sleeping places usable only on summertime). There is furniture on sauna terrace. Beach is partly in natural state, sandy with small rocks, shallow, suitable for children. Pier, own rowing boat (life jacket for 2 adults and 2 child). 2 x SUP -board and bicycle. Owner rents out an electric outboard motor 10 e/day. Extra: Wireless internet access (WiFi), in the second bedroom an office chair and table with office supplies in the box; the object is also well suited for teleworking. AppleTV, air source heating pump (+cooling), 2 x TV, stereo (radio, CD player, USB and Bluetooth connections for mobile devices). A Playstation 4 that lets you watch blu-ray movies or play your own games. Sodastream, Coffee / espresso machine. High chair and travel bed for a baby. Wood shed (garage/storage is not for use).

Linens available at an additional cost.

  Mökki sijaitsee rauhallisessa paikassa, mutta kuitenkin palveluiden lähellä. Oma ranta ja rantasauna kuuluu suomalaiseen mökkeilyyn, ja olivat meillä hakukriteerinä kun etsimme sopivaa kohdetta. Mökin keittiö on erittäin hyvin varusteltu, astioita on riittävästi ja välineitä löytyy joka lähtöön. Ruokapöydän tuolit ovat hieman raskaat ja hankalat liikutella.
