As soon as you step inside, the view of the living room and the scenery through its large windows is like something straight out of a postcard. The beautiful view of Lake Jäätiönlampi will calm even the busiest holidaymaker's mind, ready for a relaxing holiday to begin.
This high-quality end unit of a three-apartment row house was completed in November 2021, located near the slopes of Vuokatti and local services. Vuokatin Loiste has a floor area of 71 m², all on one level. The spacious combined kitchen/living room offers a stunning view of the lake, with high windows and an 18 m² glazed terrace equipped with an electric grill.
The property includes a kitchen/dining and living area, three bedrooms with sliding doors: a 9 m² bedroom with a double bed, a 7 m² bedroom with two separate beds, and a 5 m² bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out mattress for one. There is a drying room, a sauna with an electric stove, a bathroom/WC, and a separate WC.
Additional information: Internet via fiber optic, iron and ironing board. Child equipment includes a high chair, travel cot, and potty. Cooling air heat pump.
The apartment's elegant interior, functional space arrangements and comprehensive equipment meet the requirements of every holidaymaker. The living room/kitchen has light, space and style. There is also a pleasant acoustic environment, that has achieved by using battens on the walls and the ceiling. There is really an opportunity to calm down and relax here. The bedrooms have enough space for up to 7 people. Pleasant steam of the sauna is provided by the pillar-style electric sauna stove (Harvia Cilindro brand) and the cooling on the spacious glazed terrace completes the sauna experience. Of course, a good holiday includes outdoor life and activities. Facilities are just around the corner. Just put skis on your feet, and you can start skiing directly from the yard. Well-maintained and illuminated ski trails are waiting. Everything else is within a short walk, including ski slopes, snowmobiles safaris, adventure park, hiking trails, fishing, swimming areas, spa and shopping center and much more.
Vuokatin Loiste is the choice of a responsible holidaymaker. Wood-built house, technology based on air source heat pumps, LED lighting and electric car charging make the destination ecological and energy efficient. For those arriving by electric car, there is a possibility to charge the car in car shelter. A small fee (8 kW, MobilePay) will be applied.
Final cleaning is always included in the price of your stay. Bed linen can be pre-ordered or rented on site.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday apartment, so guests with allergies can also have a safe holiday here.
The holiday apartment is at your use from 16.00 on the day of arrival and until 12.00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.
