The area of the villa is 94 m² on two floors. Downstairs is a living-kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm), the other with separate beds for two (2 x 80 cm). Sauna, shower, separate WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with separate beds for four (4 x 80 cm), a double bed (160 cm) in the mezzanine hall, WC. Terrace, garden furniture. On the beach, a shared barbecue shed and a skiservice room. Children's travel cot and highchair are provided if needed, baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Electric/hybrid charging option from the heating pole (slow charging 3.6 kw), included in the price.

Nukkumapaikkoja oli hyvin kahdeksalle. Keittiö ja olohuone ovat pienehköt isolle porukalle ja astioita niukasti. Mökin yläkerrassa oli kuuma ja alakerrassa taa viileää. Varaus toimi loistavasti ja sisäänpääsy ovikoodilla oli vaivatonta. Toimi hyvin laskettelureissun tukikohtana.
