Cottage in good condition, with lakeshore sauna. Yard area mainly in a natural state, gentle slope to shore, some parts of paths have wooden boards. Two 'katiska' fish traps and nets, with fishing permits, and a spoon trolling permit, are included in prices. The owner has 4 cottages and several life jackets, which will be delivered to the certain cottage on request.
