Renovated cabin, lakeside sauna and covered cooking area on a grassy and sunny lot by a large lake. 120 km to the north from Kajaani, lake Pesiönjärvi 25 m (length 8 km, width 5 km), shallow, hard clay bottom, pier and own rowing boat. Planed log cabin, built in 2004, renovated in 2022. Living area with spreadable sofa, kitchenette, loft 15 m² with two beds, steep stairs to the loft, small covered terrace. Lakeside sauna with sauna room, living area and covered terrace. Sauna is equipped with wood-burning sauna stove and water tank for water heating, two beds in the living room and a wood stove. Water for the sauna comes from a surface water pipe and with a motor pump from a well.

Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan oivallinen mökki. Hyvät varusteet lomanviettoon niin ulkona kuin sisällä. Erityismaininta veneen hyvästä kunnosta: oli mukava soudella tyynellä järvellä ja kalastella. Suomussalmen ja Kuusamon retkikohteet helposti saavutettavissa. Kaikin puolin siisti ja todella rauhallinen paikka!

Mökki kauniilla luonnon paikalla, järvi monimuotoinen, saaria paljon ne esti järven selältä kovemman tuulen, uisteltiin ja pilkittiin veneestä, tuli isoja ahvenia ja 2 kg hauki, se savustettiin.
