90 km south of Kuusamo, lake Vellijärvi 12 m (length 2.5 km, width 1 km), shallow beach, sand / gravel bottom, own boat, pier. Round log cabin, built in 1976, renovated 2013. Livingroom with sofa bed, kitchenette, upper floor with double bed and sofa bed. Steep stairs upstairs. Separate room with bed (120 cm). Balcony. TV, air source heat pump (heating and cooling), fireplace and baking oven, gas grill. Sauna by the lake with steam room, hallway and terrace. Cold water pipe, water heater tank.

Comfortable farmhouse very close to shore. Large glazed terrace and patio. Quiet location, no neighbors visible. Fishing /lakes Vellijärvi and Piispajärvi: provincial lure fishing permit is needed (www.ahven.net, www.luontoon.fi). Fishing district: 4525 Kylmäluoma and 5502 Hossa (www.eraluvat.fi). Distance to Hossa hiking area 40 km, Suomussalmi 56 km and Kuusamo 90 km.

Das Haus liegt mitten in wunderschöner Natur, ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Wintergarten ist besonders bei Regenwetter sehr schön zum Sitzen. Die Terasse und die Sauna liegen direkt am Wasser. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Vastasi hyvin sitä, mitä esittelyssä kerrottiin. Ulkohuussi oli oikein siisti ja muutenkin oli paikat siistissä kunnossa. Rauhallinen paikka.
