Holiday home details

A log cabin built in summer 2022, located on the peaceful shores of Lake Kulmajärvi. The main building has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two 80 cm wide beds. The combined kitchen/living room includes a convertible armchair. The space features a heat-retaining fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the cabin. A generously sized sauna with a wood-burning stove and shower corner is available. The WC/utility room includes a composting eco-toilet and a washing machine.

A separate lakeside sauna, completed in 2026, features a wood-heated stove and a water tank (summer water supply, water must be carried in winter). The lakeside sauna is approximately 12 square meters and includes a terrace facing the lake. At the other end of the lakeside sauna building is a sauna room with one bed and an old wooden sofa. The sauna room is equipped with an electric heater, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It can also be used in winter, but heating must be arranged in advance with the owner. There is a covered passage approximately 10 meters long between the sauna and the sauna room.

Pets are not allowed in the main building but are permitted in the sauna room of the lakeside sauna.

The yard also has a barbecue shelter, a campfire site, a log shed and an outdoor toilet, a car port and 2 dog kennels.
