Final Cleaning 71.76 €50 km south-west of Kuopio. Lake Suurijärvi 10 m (length 3,5 km, breadth 400 m), two piers, own boat.
The beach is shallow, sanded from the shore, otherwise natural mud bottom.
Wooden cabin 1971, living room/kitchen. Dressing room and sauna renovated in 2017, other facilities renovated in 2020. Cold water with hand-pump from lake to sauna. The owner brings drinking water in a canister from her own well.
Sleeping shed (9 m²) with a double bed, electric light and electric heater.
Garden furniture: swing, table-bench combination and garden chairs and a bench. The cottage has open porches.
The cabin has a gas grill, a charcoal ball grill and a grill in the yard (well ring with grill grates).
4 km away is River Kutunjoki, where another boat is available.
Cottage and sleeping shed on a small natural promontory. Peaceful place by the water.
The cottage's refrigerator does not have a freezer compartment.
The nearest neighbor is the owner's farm.
