Well-equipped log cabin located on the border of the Kylmäluoma recreational hiking area, on the shore of lake Sarvi. Combined kitchen-living room, bedroom with doublebed, electric sauna. Upstairs (loft): doublebed and 4 single beds, balcony. On the yard wood-heated hut sauna and a barbeque shelter, place for open fire. Rowign boat with 5 hp outboard motor (the client brings the fuel). Notice: No pets allowed inside. Dog house on the yard.

Sarvi is a clear-watered, sandy bottomed, partly a deep lake. Good stock of grayling, vendace and whitefish. Lake Polojärvi is especially good for ice fishing and trout inhabits the lake. Net fishing permits are included in the rent (client has to bring his own nets). Motorboat (customer needs to bring petrol). Kylmäluoma Recreational Fishing area is close by. Kylmäluoma hiking area has a vast amount of hiking trails as well as skiing and snowmobiling tracks (Hossa – Iso-Syöte snowmobile route). The trails and roads are also good for cross-country cycling. Canoeing routes spread across tens of kilometers, all the way to Iivaara. Kylmäluoma recreational fishing area (4525), Net fishing permit: ”Taivalkosken verkkovedet" 4004. Nearest State-owned hunting area: 5622 Etelä-Taivalkoski (www.eraluvat.fi). Distances: Kylmäluoma (e.g. restaurant and kiosk) 5,5 km, Grocery Shop Kyläkauppa Soronen in Tyrävaara 19 km, Julma-Ölkky canyon lake 25 km, Hossa recreation area 40 km, Kuusamo airport 55 km, Ruka resort 75 km, Kuusamo large carnivore center 25 km. The cabin can be reached by car. Client has to bring own linen and clean the cottage well abefore departure.
