Own plot to the beach. 52 km to the north from Kemi, 63 km to the southwest from Rovaniemi, Kemijoki 140 m, natural shallow beach is rocky, flat and lawn yard with plantings. On the ground floor, living room/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, conservatory, sauna, wood-burning sauna stove in the sauna, washroom, utility room, large entrance hall and covered terrace. On the upper floor, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, lobby area, WC and balcony.

The river Kemijoki is suitable for ice fishing in front of the house. Kätkävaara Nature Center and nature trails 15 km. Kalli outdoor center 40 km. The outdoor center offers good opportunities for mountain biking, snowboarding, skiing and jogging. Tervola municipality center 12 km, Kemi 52 km, Tornio-Haaparanta 52 km, Rovaniemi 63 km.

Viihtyisä talo, oikein hyvät avarat tilat. Talon helmi on viherhuone. Sisustuksessa paljon pieniä yksityiskohtia, joihin katse tarttuu. Sopi erinomaisesti etätoimistoksi. Saunakin hyvä. Avoin näkymä joelle. Omenapuu pudotteli sopivasti satonsa syötäväksi. Kirjallisuutta tarjolla laidasta laitaan. Ainoa mitä kaipailin oli hyttyverkot joihin alakerran tiloihin.
