Bed Linen 14.56 € / personVilla Kemijoki is a spacious house set on a sunny lawned plot close to the Kemijoki River. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and rural. The property's own plot extends all the way to the shore.
52 km north of Kemi, 63 km southwest of Rovaniemi, 140 m to the Kemijoki River. The natural shoreline is fairly shallow and rocky, with a flat lawned yard featuring some plantings.
On the ground floor there is a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with 2 beds, a glazed sunroom, a sauna with a wood-burning stove, a washroom, a utility room, a large entrance hall and a covered terrace. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two separate beds, a hallway area, a toilet and a balcony. An additional mattress for one is available in the living room, which can be screened off with a room divider.
There is a fast fiber optical Internet connection in the house. The spacious bedrooms have work desks, so Villa Kemijoki is well suited, for example, for teleworking.

Own beach is not the best for swimming, better beach is village’s swimming beach, distance 500 m.
There is some farmland near the house, so different kinds of farming work is done from time to time. Grazing cows can be seen in the nearby fields during the summer time.
4 bicycles are available for guests. There are small roads, suitable for cycling, in the surroundings.
The river Kemijoki is suitable for ice fishing in front of the house.
Kätkävaara Nature Center and nature trails 15 km. Kalli outdoor center 40 km. The outdoor center offers good opportunities for mountain biking, snowboarding, skiing and jogging.
Tervola municipality center 12 km, Kemi 52 km, Tornio-Haaparanta 52 km, Rovaniemi 63 km.
