Electrified cabin, lakeside sauna and cooking hut by a large lake. 65 km to the north from the center of Tornio, lake Kivijärvi 25 m, shallow beach, sand bottom, own rowing boat. The length of the lake is 3.7 km, the width 1.0 km. Log panel cabin, built in 1991. Living area with sofa bed, kitchenette, upper floor with double bed and single bed, steep stairs to the upper floor, covered terrace and balcony. Lakeside sauna with steam room and dressing room. The sauna is equipped with wood-burning sauna stove and a tank for water heating. Cooking hut. There is an electric light in the sauna and cooking hut. Cooking hut also has a wall outlet.

The air source heat pump is also suitable for cooling in summer. The cabin is equipped with cold water supply, which is available from the beginning of June to the end of September. The sink has a drain, which is only used in the summer. Water is not tested every year, so we recommend that you boil your water before drinking it. In winter and at other time, you can get drinking water from the well advised by the owner, distance about 700 m. Water to the sauna must be brought from the lake by using a bucket, distance is 10 m. In winter, there is an ice drill and pump for taking sauna water, and a water sled for transporting water. The yard can be reached with a larger car or a trailer, and the driveway encloses the cabin. The lake has e.g. whitefish, perch, pike and burbot. The forest road network in the area is well suited for mountain biking. The owner makes a ski trail on the ice if necessary. A movable hot tub and heating service, as well as a 20 hp motorboat and water skis, can be rented from the owner. Also, available are fishing and boat trips, more information from the owner.
