This log cabin with a loft was finished in 2006 and it is located in Tuusniemi, close to Valamo monastery, Lintula nunnery and Karvionkoski rapid. Since the cabin is right by the shore of Suvasvesi, it can be reached by water both from Kuopio and Savonlinna regions. Downstairs: open kitchen, sauna, shower, dressing room, sleeping alvoce with double bed and spacious terrace. Combined living and sleeping areas with double bed and 4 beds are situated upstairs (steep stairs). Water pipe from the lake; drinking water has to be brought along or gotten from a hydrant 12 km from the cabin. Spacious dock and a roofed terrace, gas grill. Boat. Clay-sandy beach. Hot tub.

Distances: Kuopio ca. 90 km, Joensuu ca. 80 km, Varkaus ca. 70 km, Lintula nunnery 11 km, Valamo monastery 23 km, Karvionkoski rapid 15 km (also shop and gas station). Golf: Outokumpu Golf 68 km, Tahko Golf 93, Tarina Golf 80 km. Excellent destination for fishermen. Customized lure fishing and hunting trips are organized by the owner of the cabin, Antti Happonen. AWD (all wheel drive) can be used to take a boat to the lake; there is a ramp in Levälahti, approx. 5 km from the cabin. The cabin can be reached by car during the summer and winter. However, the road is made into difficult terrain (rock and steep hills) and therefore it's not in very good condition.
