The cottage has a large terrace that extends to the water's edge, there is a pier on the beach. You can spend a summer day grilling on the terrace and in addition to the cottage's sauna, there is also a small infrared sauna on the terrace. The cottage has a rowing boat with available electric outboard motor. Urjala 15 km, Särkijärvi 20 m, shallow and sandy beach from the shore. Deeper, the bottom turns into mud. Wooden villa (2008) with a living room and kitchen-dining room. The living room has sofa furniture, a spare fireplace and a dining area by the window. The kitchen is well equipped. Bedroom with a double bed, the living room has a sofa bed that becomes an additional bed of 130 x 190 cm for one person. The villa also has two folding spare beds. The villa has a separate spacious toilet. The indoor sauna has an electric heater, the bathroom has a shower. The terrace has an infrared sauna. There is also a wood-fired smoking/pizza oven on the terrace. The water in the villa comes from the lake via a pump, through a filter. Water can be used as usual for washing. The villa has a hot water heater, meaning that all taps have hot water. Water for drinking and cooking is provided by the guests themselves. Charging an electric car is possible from a 16 A power outlet, by the renter's own charging device for an additional fee.

The yard area is mainly paved with paving stones and a wooden terrace. The terrace is large and extends all the way to the shore. Small dogs and cats are welcome to stay. Final cleaning available for an additional fee. Not bed linen available (bring your own).
