Villa Arktika is a cozy and well-equipped holiday home in the middle of the magnificent Tana river landscapes. In the opposite shore of the river you can see the Norwegian fells. The house is ideal base for excursions to the northernmost Lapland nature, salmon fishing or watching the Northern Lights. Fishing: The best salmon fishing areas of the Tana river are easily reachable. Rapids Alaköngäs and Boratbocka are within 7 km distance. Together, these rapids will create 6 km long fishing area. Both have their own specific fishing rules (see Tenoinfo brochure published by the Lapland ELY Centre, www.ely-keskus.fi). Fishing permits to the Tana river can be bought from Tana fishing permits online store, see www.tenonkalaluvat.fi. If you need boat or a rower, please agree with the owner. Hunting: Willow grouse hunting area 1604 Nuorgam (ks. www.eraluvat.fi) Services of Nuorgam village are close (0,5-2 km) including grocery shops, alcohol store Alko and restaurant. Border crossing point to Norway 2 km, Varanger Fjord (Arctic Ocean) 35 km. Utsjoki - Norway road is within 20 m distance, so the traffic noise can be heard. Neighbouring house 25 m. There is also Aurora Hut Iglu for rent. Aurora Hot Iglu is ideal for watching Northern Lights. It can be rented directly from the owner at a special price. More information from the owner. Fat bikes, mountain skis and snowshoes can be rented from the owner.

  Mökki oli kaikinpuolin hyvä. Tilaa on isommallekin porukalle. Sauna lämpeni lyhyessä ajassa, kiitos heti valmiin kiukaan. Mökki oli myös kotoisa.

  Täydellinen ”mökki” oikeasti omakotitalo kaikilla herkuilla ja sijainti täydellisten lapin maisemien kupeessa. Myös Norjan jäämeren hulppeat maisemat sopivien autoilupäiväretkien päässä. Upea aurinkoinen terassi jossa oma poreallas. Upeat Pulmankijärven maastot ihan vieressä!
