Spacious and well-equipped cabin that accommodates up to eight guests. The main cabin is 70 m², the outbuilding 23 m², and the lakeside sauna 25 m². The large grassy yard is open and sunny all day. The property includes a separate lakeside sauna and a spacious, year-round outbuilding with sleeping accommodations for four. Villa Mänty is located in gently rolling countryside on the shore of Lake Vaskivesi, part of the Näsijärvi lake system, near the Pirkantaival Trail and the Poet’s Way shipping lane, about 87 km north of Tampere. The beach is shallow (60 m) with a sandy bottom and a large pier. The wooden cabin, built in 2008, features a kitchenette, a living room (with a heat-storing fireplace), WC, a bathroom, and a sauna with an instant-ready electric stove. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200 cm), and on the upper floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds. A spacious, mostly covered terrace includes a built-in outdoor fireplace with an adjustable grill grate. The outbuilding features a covered porch, electric heating, a desk, and two beds, each measuring 100 × 200 cm, placed side by side (which can be separated if needed). In addition, there are two elevated beds positioned approx. 140 cm above the floor—please note that access to these beds is more challenging than usual. The guesthouse and the woodshed building also include storage areas and a garage, which are not available to guests. The property is well-suited for remote work. Both the cabin and the outbuilding are equipped with their own Wi-Fi modems and fast internet connections. The separate lakeside sauna features a wood-burning stove, electricity, running water from the municipal water supply, WC, shower, lounge area, open-concept kitchen with a heat-storing fireplace, terrace, covered porch, and a separate sleeping loft with two single beds placed together (can be separated). The lakeside sauna is available from May 15 to October 31. There is a long flight of stairs from the main cabin to the sauna, and a few more steps down from the sauna to the water. Please note that the maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests.

The large grassy yard offers stunning lake views. The spacious wraparound terrace of the main cabin is equipped with sun loungers, perfect for enjoying summer days. Electric vehicle charging is available for an additional fee using the guest’s own charger via a standard 16A outlet (50 EUR per car per booking, paid directly to the owner via MobilePay). Two double kayaks are available for rent from the owner (50 EUR per kayak per week, paid via MobilePay). Please note: bed linen, towels, and sauna seat covers are not provided—please bring your own. Important: This property is rented only to families, couples, and other responsible groups. It is not rented to groups where all members are under 25 years old.
