Dagmarin Kulma was built in 2023. It features a living room/kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (140x190cm for two), and a sleeping alcove with a double bed. There is also an electric sauna, bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine, and a dryer. The spacious glazed balcony has a sofa set for relaxation. The building's inner courtyard offers a parking space with the option for car heating or electric car charging.
The apartment is not rented for party purposes.
