Three-story apartment building by Polar Charm housing company was completed in September 2023 on the southern slope of Yllästunturi, close to the ski resort. The apartment features a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with two separate beds (combined into a double bed), and two additional sleeping space for two on the living room sofa. Electric sauna, a bathroom with a shower WC, and drying cabinet. Separate WC. The entrance area has a drying cabinet for equipment. The apartment building is situated close to the tree line, and this particular unit is on the first floor. Opening the front door reveals magnificent views to the south. Electric car charging point 'Plugit', usage is paid separately via the app, instructions for use at the cottage. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles from the car heating sockets is prohibited.

The apartment's location is excellent; you may not necessarily need a car during your stay as all the ski resort services, Ylläs slopes, ski trails, hiking, and cycling routes are within walking distance. Ylläsjärvi village services, including a store, are approx. 5 km away. The ground floor has a shared ski maintenance room and a locked storage space for each apartment's equipment. Skis and bicycles must be stored in the designated cellar storages during the tenant's stay and should not be taken to the apartment balconies.

From February till April during weeks 8-16 the destination will be available to you from 18.00 on the day of your arrival and until 10.00 on the day of your departure. Please, notice it when planning your travel schedules (during the high season it’s not possible to have earlier check-in or later check-out). In case you would like to check-in earlier or check-out later due to for example timetables of public traffic, please contact the customer service and check if it would be possible to book also previous/following night.

  Mökki kiva ja siisti vaikkakin melko pieni 4:lle. Mökiltä pääsi päiväsaikaan suoraan metsän läpi rinteeseen ja takaisin mökille mikä oli hyvä homma. Avainten noudon ja palautuksen aikaan ei ketään paikalla mutta laatikon kautta avainten nouto ja palautus onnistui.

  Asunto on uusi ja nykyaikainen. Hyvät suksisäilytystilat ja helppo kulku ulkokautta. Säilytystilaa ruokatarvikkeille ei löydy keittiön kaapeista. Avaimen saamisessa oli hieman haasteita avainpalvelu kanssa - saatiin väärä avain. Avainpalveluunbei saanut millään yhteyttä. Onneksi oli omistajan numero ja ongelma selvisi muutamassa minuutissa
