Bed Linen 21 € / pcsA cozy apartment in a small apartment building, located right next to the Ylläs cross-country ski trail network at the beginning of Maisematie road on the Ylläsjärvi side. The Ylläsjärvi slopes of Ylläs Ski Resort are approximately 2 km away.
This wooden apartment is part of an 8-unit building and is located on the 2nd floor. The floor area is 64 m², including a 21 m² loft. The living room/kitchen includes a sofa bed. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The loft features one sofa bed and two separate beds (80 x 200 cm), as well as a separate WC.
The washroom includes an electric sauna, shower, WC, and washing machine.
The apartment’s location is excellent for winter sports — the southern slopes of Ylläs, the ski trails, and the hiking and cycling routes are all easily accessible. The services of Ylläsjärvi village, including a grocery store, are about 3 km away.
Child equipment: travel cot, high chair, and potty.
NOTE: Final cleaning is included in the accommodation price at Christmas, New Year, and during spring weeks 8–16.
The apartment has its own lockable firewood storage.
