A 96 m² log-built hunting club house near Lake Näsijärvi. The house, built in 1936, is located 8 km from the center of Ylöjärvi and just 18 km from Tampere. The distance to Lake Näsijärvi with a well-maintained sandy public beach.is approx. 300 meters. A highway runs between the house and the beach. The lakeside area also includes a boat ramp and a guest dock. This location offers great opportunities for fishing and ice fishing in the winter.
The house features a spacious living area, a separate kitchen, a wood-heated sauna, a separate WC, and two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living area includes a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The house has no shower, but warm water for washing can be heated in the sauna's water tank. The kitchen is equipped with hot water and tableware for approx. 10–15 people.
