65 km northeast of Kuopio, Lake Syväri 150 m, common beach, shallow, hard sandy bottom 2 km away, no boat. Two-storey log villa built 2020. On the main floor living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bed room double sofa bed, loft with sloping ceilings (highest point 1,5 m) 2 beds, shower room (1 shower and WC), separate toilet, sauna (electric stove), large terrace (90 m²). Downstairs in groungfloor a room with double sofa bed and wc, access to the room outside. Downstairs carport and storage space and stairs outside the cottage leads to the cottage door. The villa has a water-circulating air heat pump only for heating (no cooling system) and the fireplace is a non-reservoir fireplace.

Piha oli viimeistelemätön. Kun, rakennetaan tulisi huomioida myös ympäristö valmiiksi. Terassilla olisi mukavampi istua, jos lasitus olisi sumennettu. Missään ei mainittu korkeita portaita mökille sisään. Auton latauspiste oli positiivinen asia.

Hieno ja kaikin puolin hyvin varusteltu ja toimiva mökki rauhallisella alueella, mutta kuitenkin erittäin lähellä palveluja. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti - tänne tulemme varmasti uudelleen!
