75 km to the west from Turku, sea 20 m, silt/clay bottom, gently deepening beach. The rowing boat is on the beach at the boat ramp. The boat is lowered into the water and lifted up using a winch. Due to the rapid change in weather conditions, the boat should always be kept up-lifted. The owner will instruct you in the use of the winch. There is an annual variation in the water level. Sauna cabin (30 m²), built in 2019, with living area (spreadable sofa bed for two, 160 cm wide when open), kitchen corner (coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster) and wood stove. There are dining group, kitchen sink (so called summer kitchen) and separating WC in a fully covered space between the sauna and the living area. Note! The temperature of the covered space is not the same as the room temperature during cold weather. There will be heater starting from October 2020, but the space will still be cooler than the living area. Wide terrace area with furniture and gas grill in the front and back of the cabin. During the summer, water to the sauna cabin comes from the water pipe. During summer time water to the toilet and kitchen becomes from a hot water boiler. In winter, hot water can be heated in sauna stove's water tank. There is a small opening at the top of the water tank. The tank is filled with a special jug. There is ferrous water in Kustavi area, but the water coming to the cottage comes through a water purifier. The water is suitable for drinking water. However, there may be occasional taste, color or odor problems in the water. Note! Bed linen or final cleaning cannot be booked in this destination. Please bring your own sheets and towels and carry out the final cleaning before departure. Note! The car should be left in the parking lot about 60 meters away from the cottage in the yard of the owner's red-brown warehouse building. Here is also an electric car charging point (use is charged, more information from the owner). The final distance of 60 m is a stone ash trail and it is not allowed to drive on it by car. Separately available for rent only during summer time a guest room in connection with the parking storage building 60 meters away. The guest bedroom has two bunk beds. The lower bed of the bunk beds can be spread out (width approx., 120 cm). The rental of the guest room must be agreed with the owner directly at least one week before the start of the booking. The owner charges a security deposit of €100 on arrival to cover possible damages or the non-performance of obligations on the part of the client. The destination's owner/custodian will return the security deposit on the day of departure. Damage repairs and the cost of cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit.

  Mökki oli juuri sellainen mitä kuvien ja ilmoituksen tekstissä kerrottu. Kahdelle aikuiselle kerrostalossa asuvalle sopivasti puuhaa saunan lämmityksen ja tiskaamisen muodossa.
