Built in 1890 and stylishly renovated in 2006, it exudes historic charm while offering modern comfort — an ideal choice for family gatherings, holidays, or peaceful remote work. Several excellent golf courses are within about a 30-minute drive, making this an excellent base for golfers as well.

The country house features a spacious living room with a dining area and two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed that can be separated into twin beds if needed. There is also a separate kitchen and two WCs, one of which includes a shower. The loft provides four additional single beds.

Guests are kindly asked to walk to the gently sloping sandy beach, located about 500 meters from the property.

Please note: this property is not rented to groups under 25 years of age, and the number of guests may not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.

There is no sauna on the property.
