Accommodation information
12 km to the south from Puumala, lake Saimaa 40 m, shallow sand beach, own pier and rowing boat. Log-built cabin, built in 2003. Living room / kitchen, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: one bed, WC, washroom, sauna (electric sauna stove). Loft with one bed and 120 cm width mattress. The living room has sofa bed (120 x 190 cm extra bed for one). The cabin has high-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic) and PlayStation. Separate lakeside sauna is available from the 1st of May to the 31st of October. In the dressing room of the sauna there is a table group, fireplace and bunk bed (these beds are not included in the total number of guests in the cabin. Maximum number of guests is 6 people). Wood-burning sauna stove. Water for the lakeside sauna comes from the lake by using a hand pump. There is a separate cooking hut on the beach. For children in the summer in the yard is a playhouse, sandpit and trampoline. The cabin is only rented for peaceful family holidays, not for party use. Bed linen and final cleaning are not available at this destination.

Forested hillside plot with a great view of lake Saimaa. There is a waterway in front of the cabin, you can see even large ships passing by. The cabin is located in a peaceful location. Nearest neighbor is over 100 m distance. The cabin has an alarm system that is not in use during the rental. The fire alarm associated with the alarm system is active at all times. If the fire alarm sounds, the emergency response centre will contact the owner. If the owner is not reached immediately, the emergency response centre can talk or give advice through the loudspeaker. The Saimaa Archipelago Route (156 km) and the Puumala Archipelago Route (60 km) offer cyclists the best of Saimaa. Admire the stunning archipelago scenery, cross the lakes by using bike ferries and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, as well as the local delicacies along the way. Distance from the cabin along the route is about 1 km. Retretti art center 113 km, Hanhiniityn Paja (blacksmith's workshop and canoeing services) 3.5 km, Norppapolku hiking trail 7.5 km, Liehtalanniemi museum farm 5 km. The nearest restaurant, 2 km away, is open in summer period. The restaurants in Puumala municipality center are open all year round.
