Sunny and bright south-facing shoreline plot surrounded by fields. 95 km northwest of Helsinki, Hirsjärvi 40 m (length 15 km, width 100 m), deep, sanded clay bottom, own boat.

Log building 1997, with well-equipped kitchen, bunk bed in living room, 2 beds in bedroom, fireplace room/dressing room with sofa bed. Sauna, hallway, 2 glass verandas. In addition to the bedroom, the fireplace room and living room also have doors, so there is privacy.

Separate shoreline sauna: the fireplace room of the sauna has a sofa bed, electric light and heater. The sauna is in use from 01.05.-30.09.

The cottage has an air heat pump and the property uses geothermal heating.

In summer, the beds are for 2+6 people.

Charging an electric car is possible for an additional fee. Charging is billed by the owner according to consumption.
